Reset password

To reset your password you can follow these steps:

01. Click on "My Account" and then on "Lost password".

02. Enter your e-mail address and click on "Send".

03. You will receive the following message:

04. Check your e-mail inbox. In the e-mail you will find the "Reset Password" button.

05. Create a new password following the guidelines and click "Save".

06. You will get a notification once the process was successful.
